Trouble logging in? Please try the following steps to resolve the issue
- Ensure you are entering the entire email address (including the @gmail.com)
- Ensure your device (computer / phone) is not on caps lock (capital letters), as your password is case sensitive
- If you are copying and pasting your email address and / or password, try typing it by freehand. This can often resolve the issue

If you are using an iPhone / tablet
The password is case sensitive. Many mobile phones or tablets will capitalise the first letter in the password field, which can render your password incorrect.
SOLUTION: type your password slowly, and make sure that the first letter is not a capital letter. If it does make the first letter a capital, hit the backspace button and make it lowercase. - If you are copying and pasting your password:
It is very easy to accidentally copy to the left or right of the password itself, so when you paste the password into the password field, it has a space in it.
SOLUTION: ensure when you copy the password it is the letters only, with no spaces on either side.
